We have been busy making plans for our summer breaks, while we booked our main break several months ago some of our plans for later on in August have changed and this has meant that we could have more time away in the caravan!
Its great to make plans for holidays, we enjoy looking at maps, researching local attractions, finding campsites and watching various YouTube videos to see what the sites are really like. Sometimes I do have to remind Michael that we are only visiting a site and not buying it!

We have booked three Caravan and Motorhome Club sites this August, Southland (Isle of Wight), New Forest Centenary Site and Longleat. When looking at times to visit to do always look at a range of options, however do enjoy using the CAMC sites as they are always looked after to a set standard and you know what you are going to get.
With one of us working in education, we are lucky to get lots of time time off in August, so we are actually going away for a second break at the end of the month to Longleat.

Famous for its safari park, the Longleat club campsite is located alongside the estates lake home to Sealions and Hippos! We have wanted to visit this place for a long time so we are really looking forward to it.
When booking campsites, what do you look for? How do you find your places to stay? Do you book your holiday well in advance, or are you last-minute people?
