Having made plans for the end of August to visit Longleat, we have had a change of mind. We still really want to visit this area but have decided that it would be a better and more efficient idea to do this linked in with another break.

We have now booked Coed Y Llwyn Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite near Blaenau Ffestiniog in Wales. This site is currently being redeveloped with new facilities block and service pitches by the club and only reopens at the end of July, so we are really looking forward to seeing the work completed.

Back in June 2022, we took part in a focus group run on behalf of the CandMH on the facilities blocks and what we look for when booking sites. The club a few months after shared with us the findings of their research, and it will be interesting to see how it has been implemented at Coed Y Llwyn.
